As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience and the academic success of students. Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and preparing daily instructional materials and activities.
• Support classroom management by maintaining a focused and respectful learning environment.
• Provide individualized attention and assistance to students who need additional help.

• Supervise students during extracurricular activities and ensure their safety and engagement.
• Document and report student progress, participation, and behavior to the lead teacher.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Education or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience working in educational settings, preferably as a teaching assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively.
• Ability to manage a diverse classroom and support an inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work collaboratively with various teaching staff.
• Basic knowledge of educational software and technology for instructional purposes.
