The starting annual salary for this full-timeSchool Teacher position ranges from $61,502to $112,806, with placement on theJuly 1,2025Teacher Salary Gridbased on length of service and qualificationsin accordance withthe collective agreement.

Job Summary & Responsibilities

This is aposition in a growing community.

The successful applicant will teachAP Biology, Life Sciences 12 and 12H, Anatomy and Physiology 12.

Education & Experience

• Degree in Science with a major or minor in Biology
• Experience / training teaching secondary science courses
• Experience and training in AP (Advanced Placement) Biology
• Eligible for B.C. Certification
• Satisfactory teacher evaluation and/or final practicum reports

• Assessment & Coaching: Utilize balanced assessment and feedback to improve student learning including the use of formative and summative assessment strategies.
