Teacher Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support teachers in delivering high-quality education. The ideal candidate will help manage classroom activities, assist students with learning tasks, and ensure a safe and engaging classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher in preparing classroom materials and lesson plans
• Support students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning
• Help maintain classroom discipline and positive behavior
• Supervise students during activities, breaks, and school trips
• Prepare teaching aids, worksheets, and educational materials
• Support children with special educational needs when required
• Monitor student progress and report feedback to the teacher
• Ensure classroom cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Assist in administrative classroom tasks such as attendance records
  
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (preferred)
• Previous experience in a school or childcare environment is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of classroom management techniques
• English proficiency (Arabic is a plus in UAE schools)
