Job Description

The Talent Development Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing the skills and productivity of employees within an organization. Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to secure additional training resources and materials.
  • Create and update training manuals, guides, and other documentation as needed.
  • Monitor and report on employees' development progress and results to stakeholders.
  • Assess training program success and employee progress using key performance indicators.
  • Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and integrate them into training initiatives.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry experts to enhance training programs and content.
  • Ensure the company's learning environment supports a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Development Specialist or similar role essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design methods.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills required.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software tools.
  • Strong ability to conduct in-depth research and analyze training needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and modern educational technologies.
