You don't need a traditional recruitment background. Sourcing, lead generation, sales, marketing or research experience is a plus — but attitude matters much more.

What you will do

*Most of your work will be empowered by AI

• Deep research and sourcing
• Coordinating bookings: conferences, interviews, meetings and follow-ups
• Reports and dashboards: keep projects and data organised
• Candidate and client support
• AI and process improvement: use AI and new tools to work smarter and bring ideas, improve our Agents
• Market and lead research: master relevant talent, companies and opportunities
