About The Role

We are seeking a strategic and creative incumbent for Employer Branding to elevate our global employer brand presence. This role will be instrumental in shaping how we attract, engage, and retain top talent by crafting compelling narratives and experiences that reflect our values and culture. You will lead global initiatives and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our employer brand resonates across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

  • Global Channel Strategy: Own and manage the global employer branding channel strategy, including our careers site, LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms. Ensure consistent messaging and optimize performance across channels.
  • EVP/ Brand Development: Create and maintain Employer Value Proposition (EVP) playbooks. Ensure alignment with business goals and local market nuances.
  • Global Events & Representation: Organize and lead global employer branding events. Represent the company at industry conferences, career fairs, and other strategic engagements.
  • Advocacy Programs: Lead and scale alumni networks, employee referral programs, brand ambassador initiatives, and employee advocacy efforts to amplify our brand organically.
  • Feedback & Strategy Optimization: Gather and analyze internal and external feedback to continuously refine and evolve the employer branding strategy.
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with global teams focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Wellbeing, and Sustainability to ensure employer branding efforts reflect and support these strategic pillars.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in employer branding, talent marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience managing global campaigns and working across cultures.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and branding platforms.
  • Passion for creating inclusive and engaging candidate experiences.
