Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Purpose Key Accountabilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team dynamics, and role expectations.

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback collection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.

• Conduct initial phone screens and evaluate candidates for cultural and technical fit.

• Maintain and update job postings across internal and external platforms.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate records and data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Stay informed of trends and best practices in recruitment and the job market.

• Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.

• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring strategies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).

• Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and HR best practices.

• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and other channels.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of professionalism and discretion.
