Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, specifically within the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and industry regulations and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
