  • Maintain a database of candidates for future reference and pipeline development.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in healthcare recruiting and best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, ideally in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and their unique qualifications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage potential candidates.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software is essential.
