  • Manage and update recruitment databases and candidate records efficiently.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiar with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail and interpersonal abilities.
