Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a pivotal role in our HR team, responsible for driving the recruitment process to attract, hire, and onboard top-tier talent. This role involves developing strategic hiring plans, collaborating with hiring managers, and utilizing advanced sourcing methodologies to find the best candidates. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with departmental leaders to understand their staffing needs and goals.

  • Utilize social media, job boards, and recruitment technology to locate and attract candidates.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates through resume assessment and initial interviews.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with management and hiring teams.
  • Maintain and present recruitment progress reports and effective hiring metrics.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate compatibility with the company culture.
  • Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process.
  • Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to remain compliant throughout recruitment.
  • Develop and nurture a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Analyze market trends to identify optimal recruitment methods and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in recruitment or talent acquisition roles.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to execute strategic recruitment initiatives effectively.
  • Demonstrated success in using social media for recruiting and employer branding.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
