The Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist is crucial in building a company’s workforce by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent. This role demands an expert with comprehensive knowledge of recruitment strategies, employer branding, and the onboarding process. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from understanding departmental hiring needs to ensuring new employees are seamlessly integrated into the company culture. The Specialist must be strategic yet hands-on, skilled in using various recruitment tools, and committed to creating an outstanding candidate and new hire experience. Driving operational excellence and fostering a collaborative team environment are key components of this role, contributing to the organization's growth and success.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to determine and understand their hiring needs and expectations.
  • Utilize various recruitment platforms to identify and engage with high-potential candidates.
  • Organize and conduct interviews and facilitate interview panels as required.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and prompt feedback.
  • Design and deliver a comprehensive onboarding program that integrates new hires effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities for reporting and compliance.
  • Work with HR and management to support workforce planning and talent forecasting.
  • Actively contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates.
  • Foster relationships with external recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and apply best practices in talent acquisition and onboarding.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in talent acquisition and/or onboarding roles.
  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and meeting hiring targets.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn and ATS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement onboarding programs effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in employer branding and engagement strategies is advantageous.
