Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead is a strategic partner within the human resources team, tasked with overseeing the entire recruitment process to ensure the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent. This pivotal role requires a dynamic and innovative HR professional who can develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies, manage the recruitment team, and work collaboratively with department heads to identify staffing needs. The Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for sourcing diverse candidates, maintaining a talent pipeline, and enhancing employer branding to attract high-quality applicants. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
  • Manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure future hiring needs are met promptly.
  • Enhance the company's employer brand through social media and professional networks.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies to improve recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with all local and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Foster strong partnerships with recruitment agencies and other external partners to widen the talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews and provide informed recommendations for candidate selection.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to improve candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of various recruitment techniques and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly.
