Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Lead plays a crucial role in shaping the recruitment strategy and efforts of an organization. At the forefront of identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent, this position involves collaborating with department heads to understand hiring needs, implement effective recruitment processes, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the recruitment team and overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding. This role requires a strong understanding of the recruitment process, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will have a proven track record of hiring top-tier talent and building strong relationships both within and outside the company.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify current and future hiring needs.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the recruitment team to meet hiring objectives.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to hiring.
  • Manage employer branding initiatives to promote a positive company image.
  • Analyse and report on recruitment metrics to drive improvements and efficiencies.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels to maximize candidate outreach.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
  • Build strong pipelines of prospective candidates for critical positions.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best recruitment practices.
  • Collaborate with HR to align recruiting needs with overall organizational goals.
  • Manage external recruitment agencies and negotiate service agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a recruitment leadership role, ideally in a large organization.
  • Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and client interactions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in the use of applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution within recruitment.
