Job Description

The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist plays a crucial role in shaping a company's workforce by attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent. This dynamic position serves as both a strategic partner and a hands-on operator in all areas of talent management. As an integral part of the HR team, the Specialist will work closely with managers across departments to understand their staffing needs and work with team members to fulfill these needs effectively. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand and meet staffing needs.
  • Conduct thorough and effective interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage job postings across various platforms ensuring optimal visibility.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized recruitment database.
  • Analyze market trends to stay competitive in talent acquisition practices.
  • Organize and participate in career fairs and networking events.
  • Provide guidance and support on HR policies to employees and managers.
  • Evaluate and optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations in recruitment.
  • Prepare reports and provide insights on recruitment metrics and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential for team collaboration.
  • Proven experience using recruitment software and HR databases.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and guidance on HR matters.
