The Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist is a pivotal role designed to shape and drive the organization's talent strategy and human resources initiatives. As a key player in the HR department, the Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, leading employer branding initiatives, and implementing comprehensive onboarding and development programs. This role demands a proactive, analytical, and strategic thinker who can manage multifaceted tasks and meet organizational goals.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for various positions within the organization.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and organizational requirements.
  • Design and execute employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's market presence.
  • Source and recruit candidates using a variety of channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experiences, and alignment with company culture.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Maintain compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a welcoming workplace for all.
  • Foster a supportive environment by addressing employee queries and resolve HR-related issues.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in talent acquisition or human resources roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and employment law compliance.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using HR information systems and recruitment tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience with employer branding and diversity recruitment strategies preferred.
