With five stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

The Role

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing team by overseeing recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This position is based in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Draft JDs in collaboration with hiring managers for new roles and keep them informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Draft and post job advertisements across job portals and social media platforms.
• Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks.
• Prepare offer letters and communicate with candidates to obtain offer sign-off and required onboarding documentation.
• Conduct corporate induction sessions and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and ensure timely updates on a weekly basis.
• Oversee PRO responsibilities, including visa and permit acquisition, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with visa and permit processes (PRO experience is an advantage).
