Talent Acquisition Associate Luxury Real Estate - Dubai

A leading luxury real estate developer is looking to enhance its talent acquisition team in its Dubai office.

Responsibilities will include developing and executing talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational goals. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

You will be partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide guidance on talent planning and role requirements. Your role will require you to use data analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Through your work you will build a strong employer brand through targeted outreach, social media presence, and talent marketing campaigns.

Your qualifications will require a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. A strong knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. An ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.require

Experience and knowledge of the Construction and / or Real Estate Development sector is preferred. Familiarity with the UAE laws and regulations is required. Candidates already in the UAE will be favoured.
