As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and training swimmers across various age groups and skill levels. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to swimmers' abilities.

• Organize and manage swim meets and other competitive events.
• Enhance team morale and encourage sportsmanship among swimmers.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest swimming techniques and coaching methodologies.
• Maintain accurate records of swimmer progress, achievements, and attendance.
• Collaborate with other coaching staff to develop training strategies and schedules.
• Provide first aid and emergency assistance to swimmers when necessary.
• Conduct seasonal evaluations and recognition of swimmers' accomplishments.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a swimming coach or competitive swimmer is essential.
• Certification in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of swimming strokes, techniques, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with swimmers and parents.
• Ability to motivate and inspire swimmers to reach their potential.
