About The Role

As a Sushi Chef - Nadaman (壽司師傅), you will be focusing on delivering exceptional dining experiences by ensuring timely, courteous and professional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare sushi and related dishes with consistent quality and presentation standards, supporting daily kitchen operations.
• Maintain hygiene and food safety in compliance with HACCP and ISO22000 requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
• 預備食材並烹調壽司及相關菜式，確保品質及一致性，支援日常廚房運作
• 根據酒店的食物安全標準維持餐廳的衛生水平
• 履行上司分配的工作
  
  

About You

• At least 2 years of experience in Hotels or notable standalone operations with similar capacities.
• Basic knowledge in HACCP and ISO22000.
• Team player with strong communication, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
• 具備至少兩年酒店或餐飲服務業相關工作經驗
• 基本食物安全及衞生知識
• 具備良好溝通能力及出色的組織技巧，並具備團隊合作精神
