Job Description

As a Support Officer – Virtual Relationship, you will be at the forefront of engaging and maintaining client relationships through digital channels. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or relationship management roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with digital communication platforms and customer management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a virtual setting.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain client records.
