Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for technical support across platforms, tools, and services.
Manage the full lifecycle of support requests, including intake, diagnosis, resolution, and escalation.
Classify and resolve issues based on severity, escalating complex cases to specialized teams when necessary.
Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Monitor system health, identify recurring issues, and raise preventive alerts to minimize disruptions.
Maintain and improve documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge repositories.
Qualifications And Skills
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable).
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, authentication mechanisms, and troubleshooting using logs and metrics.
Familiarity with enterprise system integrations and workflow automation.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear communication abilities.
Ability to manage multiple support requests under SLA constraints and coordinate across teams.
3–7 years of experience in technical support, platform operations, or cloud support roles.
