Supply Planner - Protein

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee raw materials management and production operations. This role ensures the efficient procurement, storage, and utilization of raw materials while managing production schedules to meet business objectives and customer demands. The ideal candidate will excel at balancing resource availability with production efficiency, driving cost-effectiveness and operational excellence.

Raw Materials Management

• Develop and manage raw material procurement strategies to ensure consistent supply and minimize disruptions.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and production needs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, delivery schedules, and quality standards.
• Monitor raw material usage, ensuring alignment with production schedules and preventing wastage.
• Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, working with logistics and procurement teams.
• Implement quality control processes to ensure raw materials meet production requirements.
  
  

• Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities to meet customer orders and deadlines.
• Monitor production efficiency and implement improvements to optimize resource utilization.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, quality assurance, and sales, to align production goals.
• Address operational challenges, such as capacity constraints or equipment downtime, to minimize delays.
• Analyze production data and provide actionable insights to improve processes and output quality.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards within the production environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred).
