About this Position The Supply Planner (location in Abu Dhabi) is responsible for ensuring optimal product availability by managing supply plans, coordinating with suppliers, coordinating with Intercompany Affiliates, monitoring inventory levels, and aligning demand forecasts with supply capabilities. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to support efficient operations and customer satisfaction. Lead S&OP and Supply review meetings for ensuring supply reliability.

What You´ll Do

  • Assists in the development and review of long-term supply plans, ensuring accurate data inputs and alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Executes mid-/long-term MPS, RCCP, and DRP plans for the region.
  • Monitors and reports on supply network constraints and under-utilizations, providing detailed data and recommendations to the SC team.
  • Assists in reviewing inventory policies, tracking slow-movers, and monitoring obsolete stock to support efficient inventory management.
  • Helps identify Finished Goods requirements and prepares allocation proposals based on business priorities and market needs.
  • Provides detailed inputs and reports for regional Supply Review Meetings (S&OP), ensuring alignment with regional supply and demand.
  • Works closely with Operational Supply Planning and Material Planning teams to ensure supply availability and resolve supply-related issues.
  • Participates in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply planning efficiency and accuracy.

What makes you a good fit

  • 2–5 years of experience in supply planning, materials planning, or demand planning.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of forecasting and planning tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
