🔍 Key Responsibilitie

• s:Continuous Improvement & OpEx: Drive simplification and efficiency across the supply chain using 6Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable corrective action
• s.Process Mapping & Transformation: Support end-to-end process mapping, SOP harmonization, and standardization to foster a data-driven improvement cultur
• e.Deviation, CAPA & Process Review: Maintain visibility and trend analysis of supply chain deviations, complaints, and CAPAs, collaborating closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing team
• s.Governance & Project Management: Coordinate strategic transformation projects, governance routines, action tracking, and support New Product Introduction (NPI) process performanc
• e.Reporting, Analytics & Automation: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, databases, and KPIs. Support digital transformation and automation initiatives utilizing AI tools, Copilot, and ERP interface

• ts:Experience: 8–10 years in operational excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, PMO, or business process management rol
• es.Industry Background: Experience within Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, manufacturing, or strictly regulated environments is preferred (knowledge of GDP/GMP systems is a strong advantag
• e).Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA). A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is considered a strong advanta
