  • Monitor international shipments, proactively resolving delays and operational issues.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and stock health to support business requirements.
  • Manage internal stock allocations across business units.
  • Prepare regular inventory and performance reports.
  • Drive the timely depletion of near-expiry inventory to minimize write-offs and provisions.

Supplier Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with international suppliers.
  • Share monthly shipment forecasts and coordinate regular supplier review meetings.
  • Resolve supplier claims and operational issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to improve service levels, lead times, and overall supply chain performance.

Performance will be measured through:

  • Product availability and inventory optimization.
  • On-time order and shipment execution.
  • Inventory accuracy and expiry management.
  • Cost savings and operational efficiencies.
  • Supplier performance and relationship management.
  • Continuous process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, inventory management, procurement, or order management within FMCG distribution or Retail environments.
  • Experience working with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of ERP systems.
