Supply Chain Planner

About The Opportunity

We operate in management consulting focused on supply chain, logistics and operations optimization for manufacturing, retail and FMCG clients across the Middle East. You will join an on-site operations team delivering end-to-end planning solutions that drive cost, service and working-capital improvements for commercial and industrial supply chains.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain SKU-level supply plans using MRP and S&OP inputs to ensure timely replenishment and balanced inventory across channels.
• Execute MRP runs, validate results, create purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement to convert into PO actions and expedite where required.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, Production and 3PL partners to resolve supply constraints, align on lead times and manage order fulfilment priorities.
• Monitor key inventory and service KPIs (OTIF, fill rate, DOH) and implement corrective actions to minimise stockouts and excess stock.
• Perform scenario and capacity analysis to support commercial promotions, new product introductions and supply-disruption mitigation.
• Maintain ERP master-data accuracy (lead times, safety stock, lot sizing) and prepare concise management reports and dashboards for stakeholders.

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field preferred. Proven on-site experience in supply planning or inventory management within FMCG, retail or manufacturing environments. Right to work in the UAE is required.
