Supply Chain Manager

Description

Oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain ensuring efficient procurement, production and inventory management to meet the business objectives.

Requirements

Procurement and Supplier Management: Source and select suppliers, negotiate pricing, monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and service standards.

Supply Planning: Monitor ERP and production to ensure understanding of material and components needs. Place purchase orders to fulfill production demand in timely manner ensuring no material availability delays.

Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels, manage stock replenishment and coordinate with operations to minimize stockouts and carrying costs

Planning: Collaborate with planning and scheduling to ensure customer demand is scheduled and fulfilled to highest level of customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Develop and track performance indicators (KPIs) such as inventory turnover, on-time delivery, supplier OTIF, and lead times.

Team Leadership: Train, mentor and supervise supply chain staff while collaborating with internal departments such as production, engineering and finance.
