Supply Chain Manager - Automotive Aftermarket

The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager will manage end-to-end sourcing, procurement, inventory, and logistics across automotive aftermarket products to ensure cost efficiency and uninterrupted supply.

Salary: AED 14,000 - 18,000

Key Responsibilities

• Develop procurement strategies aligned with business objectives
• Source and manage local and international suppliers
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and lead times
• Oversee demand planning, inventory control, and replenishment
• Manage logistics, shipping, and customs clearance
• Monitor supplier performance and quality standards
• Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation plans
• Prepare procurement budgets and reports

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Mechanical or Automobile Engineering

Experience

• 5–15 years in procurement and supply chain within automotive aftermarket

Skills & Competencies

• Strong global sourcing knowledge
• Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
• Proven experience in inventory and logistics management
