Job Description

The Main Responsibilities include:

Manage procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
Maintain supplier relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve favourable terms.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to meet operational needs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and procurement policies.
Analyse supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency.
Coordinate logistics and transportation to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Prepare reports on supply chain activities for management review.
Support the implementation of innovative supply chain solutions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Supply Chain Executive should have:

Educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in procurement and supply chain processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the Energy & Natural Resources industry is advantageous.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
