Job Description

As a Supply Chain Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring that the end-to-end operations of the supply chain run smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the logistics and supply chain activities, managing inventory levels, and facilitating communication between suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors. Your expertise will ensure that products are available and delivered to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing efficiency. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, identify opportunities for improvements, and implement innovative solutions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage end-to-end supply chain operations for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to streamline operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, plan stock replenishment, and avoid stockouts.
  • Analyze supply chain data and generate reports to identify improvement areas.
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and maximize efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to ensure favorable conditions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key supply chain partners.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and legal standards.
  • Support the innovation and implementation of new technologies in the supply chain.
  • Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to align strategies.
  • Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to supply chain operations swiftly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of three years experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Proven knowledge of supply chain processes, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
