The Supply Chain Agent 12F25 plays a crucial role in overseeing and enhancing the supply chain processes within a company. Responsibilities

  • Analyze data and forecasts to plan future supply needs and minimize shortages.

  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and ordering processes.
  • Resolve any supply chain issues swiftly and effectively to avoid production delays.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of contract negotiations, agreements, and supply chain metrics.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the supply chain's overall performance.
  • Prepare reports on material costs, usage, and trends for management review.
  • Train and guide junior staff on supply chain procedures and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain or logistics management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and experience in contract management.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
