📝 Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee fire and safety projects and maintenance activities. The ideal candidate will manage site teams, coordinate day-to-day operations, and ensure compliance with safety standards, project requirements, and company policies.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site teams during installation, testing, and maintenance of fire and safety systems.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely project execution.
• Conduct daily site inspections to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and contractors.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate records of manpower, work progress, and daily reports.
• Ensure adherence to NFPA, civil defense, and local fire authority standards.
• Train and guide technicians to follow proper safety and work procedures.
  
  

• Proven experience as a Supervisor in fire & safety or MEP projects.
• Strong knowledge of fire protection and alarm systems.
• Ability to manage manpower and handle multiple tasks.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site.
  
  

• Civil Defense-approved Supervisor (preferred, not mandatory).
• Certification in Fire & Safety or related field.
• Knowledge of integrated systems (fire alarms, pumps, sprinklers, BMS).
  
  

• Site-based role across various project locations.
• May involve extended hours, emergency calls, or weekend duties.
• PPE and tools will be provided by the company.
