Requirements

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a related field.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage daily operations.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve set objectives effectively.
  • Proficient in using office software and tools for reporting and communication.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in management or related field is preferred.
