About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor - Uniform Control to join the resort’s Uniform Control team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Monitor the operational status of the uniform conveyor system to ensure smooth functionality.
• Prepare weekly duty rosters aligned with operational needs, subject to Assistant Wardrobe Manager’s approval.
• Supervise departmental workflow to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Oversee the delivery of clean uniforms from the Laundry Department, ensuring consistent quality.
• Assist with uniform fittings for newly hired employees to ensure proper sizing and presentation.
• Safeguard and manage Uniform fitting sheets and related documentation.
• Prepare requisitions for departmental supplies, pending Assistant Manager’s approval.
• Lead physical inventory checks of spare uniforms.
• Ensure strict compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies & Procedures (P&Ps).
• Monitor daily production output of tailors and seamstresses to maintain productivity.
• Conduct performance evaluations for Uniform Control attendants.
• Supervise the flow of incoming and outgoing uniforms to and from the Laundry Department.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct superior.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume wardrobe operations preferably with automated conveyor and UHF RFID uniform management systems, housekeeping, or inventory management.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a solid administrative background and advanced proficiency in Inventory Management Systems.
• Exhibit strong people management and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
