Supervisor-Planning And Analysis - Cash Services

We are currently recruiting for a Supervisor – Planning & Analysis to join our Cash Services Team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone. 

Scope 

Responsible for supervising the daily operations, administration, and team within the Planning and Analysis department. Key responsibilities include resolving internal customer complaints, managing CIT devices, and maintaining internal controls.

Responsibilities

Financial 

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational efficiency and identify areas for financial improvement. 
• Plan and organize work activities to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. 

Customer 

• Ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to agreed standards, SOPs, and policies by conducting daily briefings and toolbox talks (TBTs). 

Process

• Ensure the daily preparation and delivery of CIT devices and printers to cash operations. 
• Identify and report any damages to CIT devices on a daily basis. 
• Note and rectify any route discrepancies, maintaining operational integrity. 

Innovation

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking and implementing new ways to optimize processes.

Selection Criteria 

• Bachelors degree. 
• Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role. 
• Proven experience in a supervisory role with decision-making responsibilities. 
• Basic knowledge of ATM and CDM operations; a banking background is an additional advantage. 
• Ability to work collaboratively.
