About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor - Payroll to join the resort’s Finance Team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead daily payroll operations and supervise the payroll team
• Oversee payroll system management, updates, and improvements in coordination with IT
• Review, process, and approve payroll adjustments and resolve employee payroll inquiries
• Ensure accurate payroll posting to the general ledger for timely book closure
• Support monthly payroll, professional tax, and social security processing and reporting
• Ensure compliance with government reporting requirements, company policies, and payroll accuracy/timeliness
• Maintain professional standards, adhere to health & safety and sustainability practices, and take on additional duties as assigned
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of UAE payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
