On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theatre, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Supervisor to join our Gaming Marketing Services Team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

Regulatory & Compliance Oversight

  • Ensure all gaming marketing activities comply with UAE gaming laws, GCGRA regulations, licensing conditions, and internal controls
  • Enforce Responsible Gaming principles across all marketing and player engagement activities
  • Ensure promotions, incentives, and player benefits operate strictly within approved regulatory frameworks
  • Support compliance audits, investigations, and regulator inquiries related to marketing services
  • Escalate regulatory risks, player behaviour concerns, or control breaches immediately

Marketing Services & Player Engagement

  • Supervise day‑to‑day gaming marketing services and host support activities
  • Ensure player interactions by the gaming telemarketing team follow approved scripts, eligibility rules, and access controls
  • Monitor service delivery for VIP and premium players under enhanced AML, KYC, and risk protocols
  • Ensure no inducement, preferential treatment, or communication breaches occur

Operational Coordination

  • Ensure marketing activity aligns with floor operations and approved schedules
  • Coordinate with Player/Business Development, Hotel Operations, F&B, Transportation & Gaming teams as required
  • Monitor service coverage, staffing levels, and operational risks

Reporting & Controls

  • Review and submit accurate reports on:
  • Player engagement activity
  • Marketing service utilization
  • Incidents, exclusions, or escalations
  • Maintain audit‑ready documentation as required by regulators

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, Business, or Compliance‑related field
  • Minimum of 4+ years hotel reservation experience in a large hotel. At least 2 years of supervisory experience required. Experience in a hotel/gaming highly regarded
  • Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience required
  • Experience working with VIP/Mass players under controlled conditions
  • Proficient in operating OPERA, CRM and Microsoft Suite software programs
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
