About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor – Food and Beverages at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily Food & Beverage outlet operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. 
• Supervise team members, including Team Leaders, Cashiers, and Bussers, to ensure operational standards are met. 
• Monitor service efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets, taking corrective action when required. 
• Motivate, coach, and develop colleagues to improve performance, productivity, and service quality. 
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, grooming standards, and hygiene requirements. 
• Support financial performance by managing cash controls, monitoring costs, reviewing budgets, and contributing to profit improvement. 
• Identify operational challenges, resolve issues proactively, and implement action plans to improve outlet performance. 
• Conduct team meetings, performance appraisals, and support learning and career development opportunities for colleagues.

About you:

• High School Certification with Intermediate Food Safety Certification; hospitality or hotel management qualification is an added advantage. 
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a similar Food & Beverage or restaurant supervisory role. 
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, coach, and develop team members. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to work well with internal teams, guests, vendors, and clients. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cashiering systems, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment.
