Job Description

The project supervisor will oversee all aspects of a project from its inception to completion. One of the key functions fulfilled by the project supervisor is the hiring and training of employees. They must interview and appoint qualified candidates to perform the crucial jobs to complete the project.

Operational

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers.
• Develop and implement project plans, ensuring that they align with organizational goals.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure that project objectives are clearly defined and understood.
• Provide regular project status updates to senior management.
• Develop and implement processes to optimize project management efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of project managers and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure that all projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improve project management methodologies and tools.
  
  

• PREFERRED :
• MINIMUM : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  
  

• Project management experience, including resource allocation, planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Prior experience managing a team towards a common goal.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and adjust to change.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
  

• PREFERRED : Relevant Experience in UAE or Gulf preferred.
• MINIMUM : At least 5 years of experience as a project manager, with demonstrated success in leading large, complex projects.
