About the Job:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor – Fabrications & Productions at Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

• Supervise and lead the fabrication and production team to ensure all maintenance, repair, and fabrication tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to required standards.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive maintenance and periodic inspections for park assets, rides, equipment, scenic elements, and fabrication-related structures.
• Ensure the safe and reliable operation of equipment and assets by following OEM manuals, industry standards, company procedures, and safety requirements.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues or breakdowns to minimise downtime and return equipment or rides to operation as quickly as possible.
• Manage fabrication, artistic painting, carpentry, fiberglass, and repair works while ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of all maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, parts usage, and completed works.
• Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and ride manufacturers to support operational requirements, technical repairs, parts ordering, and project execution.
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring team members are properly trained, follow safe work practices, comply with HSE standards, and report hazards or incidents promptly.

About you:

• Technical qualification in engineering, fabrication, or a related field, such as a recognised diploma or degree from a reputable institution.
• Strong hands-on fabrication knowledge, including painting, carpentry, fiberglass, repairs, and general production/fabrication techniques.
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience supervising and motivating a technical or maintenance team.
• Problem-solving and maintenance planning abilities, including troubleshooting equipment issues, planning preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely task execution.
• Good communication, documentation, and computer skills, including clear English reporting, process documentation, and working knowledge of MS Office.
