About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. It will feature multiple swimming and wading pools, a five-star spa, a salon, a shopping promenade, and a celebrations and events center.

About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Supervisor – Business Services Center to join the resort’s Business Services Center team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Lead and manage Business Services Center representatives, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to maintain Wynn’s service standards.
• Oversee daily workflows, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure compliance with Wynn policies and UAE regulations.
• Act as an escalation point for internal stakeholders, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing best practices and new initiatives.
• Prepare and review operational reports for management.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to KPIs.
  
  

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in business services or administrative roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospitality systems.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to Wynn’s luxury standards and guest-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
