Job Description

The Studio Operations Manager is a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless functioning of our creative studio. This position requires someone with a strong understanding of workflow within a studio environment, including supervision of daily operations and resources. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for efficiency improvements and budget oversight, ensuring that studio projects are executed within set timeframes and quality standards. As a studio operations manager, you will collaborate closely with artists, designers, and other team members, ensuring that workflows are productive and aligned with the company's strategic goals. This role is perfect for a proactive leader who thrives in dynamic environments and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.


Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily studio operations to ensure projects are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to align operational efforts with creative goals.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to support project demands.
  • Develop and implement procedures for improved workflow and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the studio environment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when necessary.
  • Monitor and manage studio budgets, including forecasting and cost control.
  • Lead regular maintenance and upgrading of studio equipment and facilities.
  • Track, report, and evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on studio performance.
  • Communicate effectively with various teams to support project objectives and deadlines.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to achieve them.
  • Ensure the studio environment promotes creativity, productivity, and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing studio operations or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and financial reporting.
  • Effective communication skills with a solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools and software.
