Job Description

The Studio Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and long-term planning of a creative studio. This position involves managing a team of artists, technicians, and other staff members to ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the daily operations of the studio to meet project deadlines.
  • Coordinate across various departments to ensure seamless production workflows.

  • Oversee budget management including forecasting, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • Maintain effective communication channels between clients and internal teams.

  • Troubleshoot operational issues and devise strategic solutions promptly.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Arts, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of five years experience in operations management within a creative setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
  • Solid understanding of budget management, forecasting, and resource planning.
  • Proficiency in using project management and financial software applications.
