Role Description Structural Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The person in this role will lead structural design and analysis for buildings and infrastructure projects, preparing and reviewing calculations, drawings, and technical reports. Daily responsibilities include performing detailed structural analysis, coordinating with civil and architectural teams, and using CAD tools to develop and refine structural plans. The Sr. Structural Engineer will review designs for compliance with relevant codes and standards, support design optimization, and provide guidance to junior engineers and designers. The role also involves participating in client meetings, addressing technical queries, and supporting construction teams with clarification of structural details and design intent.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Structural Engineering and Civil Engineering, with experience in designing building and infrastructure systems.
• Candidates should possess proven capabilities in Structural Analysis and Calculations to ensure safe, efficient, and code-compliant designs.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing and reviewing structural drawings and details.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in leading projects, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Solid knowledge of international and regional building codes, standards, and best practices.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience working on projects in the Middle East or similar environments is beneficial.
• 3-8 years construction experience.
