Responsibilities


Our newest opportunity is for a talented Structural Engineer to join our team in Dubai, UAE.


We envisage success in this role to include;

  • Establishing and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients to ensure that project expectations and contractual requirements are consistently met.
  • Overseeing the delivery of Design and Construction Management services throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Leading and supervising construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
  • Managing the development and maintenance of comprehensive project schedules, covering procurement, planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Conducting detailed structural calculations, simulations, and peer reviews to validate design integrity and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration and coordination of structural systems.
  • Supporting construction teams by reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and addressing design-related challenges during execution.
  • Participating in cost estimation and value engineering exercises, identifying cost-effective solutions while upholding structural safety and quality standards.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to present design solutions, manage expectations, and address any project-related concerns.


Qualifications


To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include 10 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years working on hard and soft landscaping projects during the construction phase in the UAE partnered with a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.


Experience gained from working on large-scale landscape related projects in UAE is being looked for.
