A leading building design consultancy with offices in Dubai and Sharjah, UAE, is seeking experienced Structural Design Engineers to join their growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the structural design of buildings and the review of design submissions from contractors and third parties, while also providing on-site supervision as required.

This is a versatile role that may be based in either a design office or a site office depending on project requirements, offering exposure to a broad range of structural engineering activities across the UAE.

• Design and develop structural systems for building projects in accordance with applicable codes and standards
• Review structural drawings, calculations, and design submissions from contractors and other consultants
• Supervise structural works on construction sites as and when required
• Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders
• Prepare and check structural calculations, reports, and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with UAE building regulations and international standards
• Contribute to quality assurance and design review processes within the team

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil / Structural Engineering
• Approximately 7 years of relevant experience in structural design and/or site engineering
• Prior experience on UAE-based projects is strongly preferred
• Candidates currently based in the UAE will be given preference

Technical Skills:

• Strong structural engineering fundamentals and analytical ability
• Proficiency in ETABS and SAFE (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of REVIT and AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Familiarity with American design codes and local authority requirements
