Structural Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities:Review and interpret structural drawings, specifications, and IFC documents.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure accurate execution of structural works.Supervise on-site structural activities including foundations, substructures, superstructures, and concrete works.Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and local authority regulations.Monitor structural work progress, quality, and safety on site.Prepare and review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and inspection requests (IRs).Identify and resolve structural design or site-related issues in coordination with the consultant.Conduct site inspections and coordinate for consultant and authority approvals.Ensure proper implementation of quality control procedures and adherence to HSE standards.Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet project timelines.Maintain accurate records, reports, and as-built documentation.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.8-12 years of relevant experience, preferably with main contractor firms.Strong experience in high-rise residential projects in the UAE.
