The Opportunity
We're seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to lead the design and analysis of cutting-edge structures in Dubai's fast-paced construction environment. You'll collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable structural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Design and analyze structural systems using ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and AutoCAD
✔ Prepare detailed calculations, drawings, and specifications for concrete, steel, and composite structures
✔ Conduct site inspections and structural assessments for existing buildings
✔ Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and contractors throughout project lifecycles
✔ Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, Eurocodes, and international standards
✔ Perform seismic and wind load analyses for high-rise structures
✔ Review shop drawings and material submittals for technical compliance
✔ Mentor junior engineers and contribute to our knowledge-sharing culture
Requirements
✅ Bachelor's/Master's in Civil/Structural Engineering
✅ 5+ years' UAE experience in structural design consultancy
✅ Professional certification (DMR approved, IStructE, or PE preferred)
✅ Expertise In
- High-rise concrete/steel structures
- Foundation design (piles, raft, etc.)
- Seismic and wind engineering
- BIM coordination (Revit proficiency a plus) ✅ Strong knowledge of Dubai building codes and approval processes ✅ Excellent project management and client communication skills
