We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing construction and civil engineering projects, ensuring they are structurally sound and safe for use. You will play a crucial role in the development and construction of both commercial and residential projects, working closely with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to bring a project to life. Responsibilities

• Design structural frameworks for infrastructure, commercial, and residential projects.
• Perform rigorous calculations to ensure structural integrity and safety of designs.
• Collaborate with architects to develop efficient and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Review and approve drawings, specifications, and construction materials.
• Prepare detailed project documentation and design reports for stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits to inspect project progress and ensure compliance with designs.
• Provide technical reports, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for projects.
• Ensure all designs meet current building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with construction managers to resolve design-related construction issues.
• Utilize software to create and simulate structural models and systems.
• Mentor junior engineers and offer guidance on technical challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and project collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred or commitment to obtaining it.
• Proficiency in industry-standard structural design software and tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and their applications in designs.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for effective project execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
